Kombucha Tea from Duck Creek Vineyard & Winery is a sweet, sour, fizzy drink made with fermented black tea, and is rumored to (since the Chinese 1st introduced Kombucha Tea almost 2,000 years ago!) to help reduce or avoid health challenges.

In 2018, we opened Denmark Distilling as a part of Duck Creek Vineyard & Winery. Located in the same building, we now can accommodate many different palates. We like to say, “Your one-stop shop for wine, mead, Kombucha tea & spirits, too!”.

We started home brewing beer back in the early 1990’s. We created several unique style beers and planted hops to be able to create new flavor profiles using the fresh hops. The beer styles included pilsners, IPA’s, fruit beers (radlers and shantys), ales, lagers, and several dark style beers. We have brewed several batches of beer for ourselves throughout the years.
